How to Request Data Deletion

If you have connected your Facebook or Instagram account to AutoBuild HQ and would like to have your data deleted, you can do so using any of the following methods:

Option 1: Through AutoBuild HQ

1. Log in to your AutoBuild HQ account at autobuildhq.com/login
2. Navigate to Dashboard → Settings → Social Accounts
3. Click Disconnect next to the Facebook or Instagram account you want to remove
4. This will revoke our access to your social media data and delete any stored tokens

Option 2: Through Facebook

1. Go to your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
2. Find "auto build hq" in the list of connected apps
3. Click Remove to revoke access
4. This will notify our system to delete your Facebook-related data

Option 3: Email Request

Send an email to tegad8@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your name and email address associated with your AutoBuild HQ account
• The Facebook or Instagram account(s) you want data deleted for
• Whether you want a full account deletion or just social media data removal

We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email when complete.

What Data We Delete

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove:

• OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens for connected accounts
• Social account metadata (account name, platform ID, profile information)
• Analytics data synced from your social media accounts
• Any content drafts associated with the disconnected accounts

Note: Content that has already been published to your social media accounts will remain on those platforms. You can delete published posts directly from Facebook or Instagram.

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days. In some cases, it may take up to 30 days to fully remove all data from our systems, including backups.
